About Samuel

Born and raised in Nigeria, my name is Samuel Ojonugwa Momoh. An Indegene of Kogi State, of the Igala Tribe.

I've always been a curious and adventurous kid; always loved pressing a computer too. I've been intrigued by them and always wanted to learn how they work.
Starting out, I even operated them well enough without any prior experience or learning - thanks to the fact that their interfaces are covered with English alphabets and reading them makes it pretty easy to know how to operate them. (This is what I always tell people when they ask me how or why I'm too good with a keyboard and mouse, lol)

My first real experience with a computer was with what we call a Cyber Cafe in Nigeria, I worked there, handled it like a champ and really honed my savyness. At the time I never really knew if I wanted to be a Web Developer, Software Engineer or Full Stack Engineer, I was just smashing keys, managing customers and fulfilling their needs.

Fast forward to 2024 and I just completed a Data Science Bootcamp, got a Job as a Data Science Tutor and hustled tirelessly in a search for a high paying Data Science Job - but all to no avail. Now, I am a Software Engineer, after realizing that it's all just Software Engineering - everything in Tech still points back to Software Engineering. Which is why I devoted my time and learning to become the Software Engineer I am today.

I write Go, Python, JavaScript, React and Next.js. These are performant frameworks, libraries and languages for the modern age, and I am that Software Engineer of this modern age. You can check out my blog where I write stuffs about many things I've discovered in Tech; I also teach many of those things too.
